The encouragement and confidence shown by the successful completion of Phase I & II in Hyderabad increased the company's fortunes by manifolds, and to substantiate the same, the company expanded its business operations in the cosmopolitan city of Bengaluru, where they launched their prestigious apartment project "PARIJATHA" after a careful analysis of various factors, such as market potential and real estate industry trends. A 1 acre gated neighbourhood with 55 state-of-the-art apartments totaling 80,000 Sq.ft. 2006 debut. In 2008, the company completed the project in under two years.
